The Canucks travel to Los Angeles to take on the Kings tonight with Kevin Lankinen and David Rittich starting in goal. Lankinen is 19-9-7 with a 2.52 GAA and .907 SV%, but has been performing very well in his last five games going 3-1-1 with a 1.85 GAA and .932 SV%. As for the Kings, Rittich hasn't performed as well this season going 12-11-1 with a 2.59 GAA and .890 SV%. The Kings are noticeably worse without G Darcy Kuemper defending the crease, which bodes well for the visitors. The Canucks also have a chance at getting their captain Quinn Hughes, a top defender in the league, back from injury as he is a game-time decision after participating in the game-day skate today and practice yesterday. Expect the Canucks to come out on top with Lankinen staying in his groove and if activated tonight Hughes will cause major problems on both ends of the ice for the home side.
