The Florida Panthers (3-2) are hosting the Vancouver Canucks (0-1-2). The Panthers are missing stars C Aleksander Barkov and LW Matthew Tkachuk, while the Canucks are still without G Thatcher Demko. However, for the Canucks Kevin Lankinen played great in his lone performance of the season and will likely get the start tonight. Although the Canucks are still looking for their first win they are still a top-tier with a capable goalie. Expect the Canucks to get their first win of the season with Lankinen in goal with the Panthers missing two of their best players.

2) 8:30PM EST: (3 Units) SJ/CHI Under 6 -115.

The San Jose Sharks (0-1-2) travel to play the Chicago Blackhawks (1-2-1). The Sharks have lost two games in overtime, one of which was their last matchup against the Stars. Besides the Blackhawks' first game, neither team has allowed more than three goals in regulation. Both starting goalies tonight also come into this game following great performances. Vitek Vanecek has a 1.05 GAA and .966 SV% after one game and Petr Mrazek slipped up in game 1 but has a 2.01 GAA and .938 in his next two. On top of this, the Sharks penalty kill is 100%. Expect another close low-scoring game between these two rebuilding teams.
