MLB

2:20PM EST: (CHC) Shota Imanaga Over 5.5 Strikeouts -130 (2 Units). ✅

Imanaga makes his MLB debut vs Colorado today. He posted a 5.68 ERA in the spring but racked up 25 strikeouts in the process. Going back in his spring starts he had 6 K's over 3IP, 9 K's over 4.1 IP, 5 K's over 3IP, and 5 K's over 2.1 IP. Good or Bad he's getting strikeouts either way. The Rockies had the 2nd highest Strikeout % vs Lefties in 2023 and they've picked up where they left off. Cubs also need length from Imanaga. Their bullpen's already pitched 14.2 innings through their first 3 games.

6:40PM EST: (PHI) Trea Turner Stolen Base +390 (1 Unit). ✅

CIN starts LHP Andrew Abbott. Turner has a career .301 BA and .360 OBP vs Lefties in his career. Abbott's also struggled in Spring, allowing a combined 14 hits, 1 Walk, and 7 ER in his last 2 spring starts (6 IP). The Reds bullpen really struggled in their series opener against WSH too. Turner has + chances at getting on base today and he's aggressive when on. He's on a perfect 36 stolen base streak after swiping one on the Dodgers yesterday, tied 8th most in MLB history.

9:40PM EST: (BOS) Tyler O'Neil RBI +195 (1 Unit). ❌

O'Neil's hot to start the season, slashing .400/.538/1.538 and striking out just once through 4 games (3 starts) this season. He's batting 5th against OAK today. A's starter Joe Boyle is making his 4th career big league start. He posted a 7.62 ERA in 4 March spring starts (13IP) on 10 hits and 15 walks. He surrendered 7 Runs on 6 Hits and 3 walks in his final spring rehearsal. Won't get any easier for the young starter today. O'Neil should get some at bats with runners on and if not, he's already hit 2 Homeruns this year.
