Tylor Megill has a 5.56 Road ERA in 2023 and posted a 5.84 Road ERA in 2022. He pitched at home against the Rockies on May 6th and they tagged him for 3 ER in 4.2 innings of work. 10 Rockies batters successfully reached base. He's never pitched at Coors field before either. Where even the best pitchers fail to find success. The Rockies just nailed Verlander for 6 ER then piled on 4 more against the Mets bullpen.

Rockies SP Austin Gomber has thrown the ball well after struggling to start the season. He's pitched to a 3.74 ERA over his last 6 starts and has allowed more than 3 ER in just 1 start. This Mets lineup also ranks 21st in baseball vs LHP. A strong Rockies bullpen has all but a couple arms available to back Gomber up too.
