2 Picks.

3:40PM EST: Rockies ML +170 (2 Units).

Rookie SP Tanner Gordon has settled into his starting role. He allowed 2 runs across 5 IP at Coors Field against the Braves his last time out and tossed 6 innings of 1 run ball on just 1 hit @ SD the start prior. He has a 2.75 ERA in August, a .179 opponent BA, and .73 WHIP. He trusts his stuff and is a heavy strike thrower, walking just 3 batters over 26.1 IP this year. Being his 6th career start, nobody on Arizona has faced him before. The Diamondbacks came back to win down 4-3 in the 9th as COL Closer Victor Vodnik blew his first save after 8 straight successful tries.

AZ SP Jordan Montgomery has an 8.14 ERA in 10 Home starts. He's recorded just 1 quality start, and it came against the Marlins on May 25th. He allowed 2 runs over 6 innings but still allowed 9 hits and walked 1. He's allowed 18 runs in his last 3 Home Starts (12.1IP) combined. The Rockies bats have scored all 7 of their runs against Diamondbacks starters in this series. They've been shut down by the Arizona bullpen thus far, but they've gotten a look at everyone outside of AJ Puk. Will help their chances of adding on whenever Monty gets pulled.

6:10PM EST: Rangers ML +120 (3 Units).
