For starters the Ravens’ meaningless pre-season win streak ended when they finished 1-2 last year. They had backup QBs that fit Lamar's play-style when they ran the pre-season table. Cooper Rush and Devin Leary will be playing QB for the Ravens in this one. Rush is a fine backup, but Leary is a 2024 6th rounder that really struggled last pre-season. The Colts have a heated QB battle between Anthony Richardson and Daniel Jones for the starting spot. Will see both of them but neither for very long. The other 2 quarterbacks, Riley Leonard and Jason Bean, are competing for the 3rd spot. The latter 2 just provide athleticism and playmaking ability. The 2's, 3's, and 4's on the defensive depth chart simply lack the discipline of a starting unit. Bean excelled last pre-season completing 15 of 19 passes for 197 yards and 1 TD. He also ran for 53 yards and 2 touchdowns on 11 carries. This game and the reps just mean a lot more to the Colts.

With a new regime in town the Raiders will play QB Geno Smith, RB Ahston Jeanty, and the rest of the starters. It'll be Aidan O'Connell and Cam Miller at QB once Geno's pulled. O'Connell has starting experience but Cam Miller's a rookie from NDSU. OC Chip Kelly runs a QB friendly up-tempo offense. Really challenges a defenses discipline and this early on in camp we'll give that edge to LV. Seahawks aren't playing starters but we like the QB room. Jalen Milroe is a rookie who can run and he’ll add some chaos into the mix. Then there's Drew Lock, who's won plenty of regular season games as a starter.
