Defense plays in the post-season and Indiana's excelled on that end of the floor of late. They finished 14th in defensive rating on the season at 113.3 but climbed to 6th in the Month of April (7 Games) at 108.9. If you go last 15 games they're also 6th at 109.3. Playing at Home we like their defense to slow down Milwaukee's potent offense. The Bucks have a below average defense and that gets worse on the road. The Pacers won a couple playoff series last season despite no home court advantage. That includes a 4-2 series win over these Bucks in the first round. This is the first time the Pacers have held a home court advantage since the 2014 NBA playoffs. Going to be one hell of an atmosphere.

8:30PM EST: Timberwolves +4.5 (3 Units).

Again, we like defense to play here. Minnesota finished the year 6th in defensive rating and 8th in offensive rating. Their offense really started to gel down the stretch, ranking 5th in offensive rating last 15 games and tied for 3rd in April. True elite defenses travel and that's what the Timberwolves have been all season. The Lakers traded defense for offense with the Luka trade. They finished the year 17th in defensive rating but fell to 23rd last 15 games. It is never easy going into LA in the playoffs but we like Minnesota to hang around one way or the other.
