Boston College is away against Florida State to kick off their season. FSU lost a lot of players from their dominant team last year, returning only 3 starters on offense and it showed in Week 0 in its 21-24 upset loss against Georgia Tech. Meanwhile, BC is returning many notable players like their QB Thomas Castellanos who went 20/33 for 305 passing yards with 95 rushing on 16 attempts last year against FSU, proving he can cause problems again tonight. In Week 0 FSU struggled to contain GT's dual-threat QB and allowed 190 total rushing yards. BC will be well coached with Bill O'Brien at the helm and Tim Lewis as defensive coordinator. Castellanos will also have a full offseason as the starter for the first time, so a jump in performance is expected under O'Brien. Another upset isn't likely but expect it to be within two scores as BC covers the spread.
